A strategic marketer working with SHIFT’s clients to develop and execute marketing strategy in line with key business objectives.
Having led the marketing function for companies in both professional and mass-participation sport, Jamie has strong skills in brand development and in leading multi-channel consumer acquisition, retention, experiential, and secondary spend campaigns.
In his role as an Account Director at SHIFT, Jamie works with a number of brands to understand their goals and support them in driving forward their marketing strategy and delivering against objectives.
An Ironman triathlete, Jamie has a passion for endurance events and has been riding a bike for as long as he can remember and recalls the best thing done on two wheels as “Ironman Vichy in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. Fun, beautiful countryside and great weather. Closer to home, it would be the Exmoor Explorer: a 40-mile mountain bike event in Exmoor National Park.”
And – leaving the downhill at Cwmcarn story for another time – the stupidest thing? “The Gauntlet middle distance just three weeks after my Ironman: one very wet and windy bike course, two tired legs and 5000 ft ascent – I hit the wall before I left T2…”
