Media Planning Executive

As an important part of SHIFT’s Media Planning & Buying team, Karen brings to the party a wealth of experience in a variety of advertising and marketing roles across several industries – and combines them here with her passion for road cycling.

In her nine years in TV advertising Karen worked with brands including Tesco, Land Rover, giffgaff, Red Bull, Adidas and Dominos, and has also packed in three years of social media marketing experience for other big brands.

Karen loves sportives: “I like that it doesn’t have to be competitive and I can cycle around the countryside and discover new places in the process.”

She’s also a big supporter of the UCI Women’s World Tour and, if you’re lucky, will share with you her “Bunny hopping to prevent a ‘can’t unclip’ pile up” story!
