After graduating in 1999 in international law Manolo pursued a career in management consultancy. Seeking a new challenge he moved in to the energising environment of advertising.
In 2001 Manolo launched a new and innovative advertising agency specialising in cycling. With a wide network of contacts, his business represented clients in Italy, Belgium, Spain and Taiwan.
In 2007 Manolo worked with Simon and Peter developing the international expansion of Cyclingnews, BikeRadar, and ProCycling.
