The Role

SHIFT Active Media requires a Senior Paid Media Executive (ideally with a passion for cycling and the great outdoors), looking to use their marketing know-how to execute multi-channel global advertising campaigns. Responsibilities

Campaign Execution and Operations

  • Work with Media Managers to manage paid media campaigns to meet client objectives.
  • Execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Youtube and Meta, ensuring they are optimised for performance and budget efficiency. Past experience in all channels is beneficial but not essential.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences and meet the developing best practices of advertising platforms.

Budget Management & Optimisation

  • Manage budgets for multiple campaigns and clients
  • Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to bid strategies, budgets, and ad placements aligned with marketing goals.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Deliver reporting on campaign results, including impressions, clicks, conversion rates, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Market & Trends Research

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure innovative and competitive campaigns.
  • Research target audiences in ad platforms and conduct keyword research to inform campaign planning.

About you:

  • Up to 2 years experience in paid advertising, preferably working with biddable channels including Google Ads and Meta.
  • A keen interest in marketing
  • Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Have experience building and managing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills with an awareness of Google Analytics.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Inherent interest in cycling and an active lifestyle (preferred)
