After completing a master's degree in PR and Comms, Emily took on a marketing role at FlyUp MTB. Based at the 417 Bike Park, she spent most days creating compelling content across a range of platforms. This academic background and experience has given Emily a solid foundation to build upon as part of SHIFT’s PR and Social team.

A sports-lover, Emily has a background in boxing and powerlifting, leading Exeter University's powerlifting team from 2021-22. She now spends her time in the gym, running, or playing football for her local team. In 2025, Emily took on mountain biking and is loving the learning process so far!
