Joe joined the SHIFT Media Planning and Buying team as a recent university graduate, but brought with him a wealth of cycling experience having raced professionally for teams such as Madison Genesis and Great Britain Junior Team. He is already putting his knowledge to use and learning more about the cycling media industry.
