Luke Ali | Media Manager

Luke has over 12 years of marketing experience, starting in financial services before moving agency-side for the past decade. He has worked with FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies as well as startups, developing digital marketing strategies to support growth at every stage. He is also active in training and education, mentoring people entering the marketing profession.

At SHIFT, Luke oversees paid media campaigns for a range of clients, ensuring every project is delivered with care, precision, and impact.

Outside of work, Luke is an avid follower of football, the NFL (Go Bills!), and Formula 1. He’s currently working towards his coaching badges while coaching youth football in his community. When he’s not on the pitch, he enjoys sim racing and reading non-fiction.
