Since the beginning, Uplift has evolved from a mentoring initiative into a truly global, vibrant community for women. By incorporating feedback from previous rounds, we’ve expanded our reach to include more language options and a broader range of skills, ensuring that every participant can connect and grow regardless of where they are in the world.

To make the experience even more impactful, we have fine-tuned our application process to create deeper, more intentional mentor-mentee matches. Powered by the dedication of our mentors and the support of SHIFT Active Media, our focus remains entirely on fostering a supportive environment where women can thrive together.

The momentum is only growing as we look toward 2026. We have an exciting pipeline of new initiatives and several opportunities for in-person connection on the horizon, starting with our International Women's Day meet-up in March (watch this space!).
