Building on the insights from previous rounds, we’ve expanded the programme to cover a broader range of skills and offer more language options—ensuring truly global accessibility. We've also fine-tuned the application process to support even stronger mentor-mentee matches.

Uplift has evolved into more than just a mentoring programme for women—it's a vibrant, supportive community. As a not-for-profit initiative, it's powered entirely by our incredible mentors and backed by SHIFT Active Media.

Looking ahead to 2025, the programme continues to go from strength to strength. We’ve got exciting new initiatives in the pipeline, and plenty of opportunities for in-person meet-ups.
