Since graduating, Imogen's professional career has focused on Social Media Management. She began her journey at a charity, where she increased their organic reach by over 100% within six months. Since joining SHIFT in 2022, she has helped publish thousands of posts, delivering over 230 million impressions and more than 7 million engagements organically.

In her role as Social Media Manager, Imogen helps clients grow their social presence through consistent and effective community management, creating and sourcing quality content, learning and developing through analytics and reporting, auditing, playbook-ing and ambassador sourcing.

Imogen is a keen road cyclist, enjoys getting muddy while trail running, and also hikes and plays squash.
