Rachael’s experience spans FMCG, Automotive, Retail and Public sectors; managing budgets of all sizes with passion, knowledge and insight. Rachael’s core focus has transitioned from traditional media to the digital marketplace, due to her understanding of consumers’ ever-evolving online behaviours.
After several years in Edinburgh and a few spent working in Bournemouth, moving to Bath to assume the cycling focused role at SHIFT was a no brainer; she’s a keen road cyclist, with a passion that started at a young age, during summer holidays to France chasing Le Tour with her dad.
Rachael’s favourite places to ride include Mallorca for the weather and the hills, and Copenhagen for city touring. Her worst ride ever was at Glentress Forest: “The descents were simply petrifying.” Although if you ask us, the ascent of Arthur’s Seat (an ancient volcano in Edinburgh) on a wedding gift tandem must have got the adrenalin pumping too!
