As Managing Director for Play Sports Group – SHIFT’s parent company – Wayne harnesses his deep experience in media, content, data and technology to develop brands, services and products to benefit SHIFT and our clients.
With 23 years of experience in advertising and digital marketing, for some of the biggest brands on the planet, Wayne began his advertising career at Bates in 1994 before moving to Lowe to work on the global Smirnoff account, and has assumed roles both client and agency side, working closely with clients including the likes of Apple, Toyota, and HSBC. Most recently, Wayne was at WPP’s flagship agency Grey London.
On the bike Wayne mixes family rides with roadie lycra and recalls his biggest thrill from his BMX days: “Achieving three feet of air off the top of a quarter pipe at age 13.”
