Following the successful launch of Uplift, our new mentoring program that brings together female leaders in the cycling industry with the next generation of talent, we are excited to announce a live panel discussion & networking event taking place in London on November 2nd.
We will host a live panel discussion and Q&A. We'll cover a range of topics that surfaced from the mentee applications; including navigating a male-dominated industry, how we can ALL support women in our industry, whilst encouraging the next generation to enter, and retain our current talent. All genders are welcome, in fact, very much welcomed!
The speakers include:
- Nikki Hawyes, former Country Leader UK at Cannondale.
- Mei Rider, Chief Marketing Officer at BMC
- Hollie Weatherstone, Global Head of Marketing at Muc-Off
- Kirsty Woodcock, Head of Marketing at Specialized
Date: 2 November
Time: 16:00-17:30 (live panel and networking session inc. drinks and pre-show snacks)
Location: The Loading Bay, 25 Luke St, London EC2A
The event is scheduled for Thursday, November 2nd, in London, conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from our friends at Rouleur Live. If you can't attend in person, don't worry; we'll share a recording of the event afterward.
We are looking forward to meeting everyone in real life, and having some meaningful discussions on how we can make the industry more welcoming, and ultimately grow the sport.
