At SHIFT, we love a challenge and this year, we are going bigger than ever. This December, the team at SHIFT will be cycling continuously to scale the combined heights of Everest and K2 - that’s 17,460m of climbing.

All done from the confines of the SHIFT office, the challenge will take in the region of 36 hours - all through the day and all through the night. The team will do this by riding Alpe Du Zwift - Zwift’s very own virtual-world Alpe D'Huez.

We are raising money for the Geraint Thomas Cycling Trust. The Trust is a very worthwhile cause, promoting cycling amongst young people who may otherwise not be able to access and enjoy the sport. Founded in 2021, the Geraint Thomas Cycling Trust was established so that ‘Every Young Person can enjoy the spirit of cycling by participating in cycling regardless of their individual circumstances.’.
