He has been pivotal in the success of some of the industry’s largest media campaigns of the past decade, and drives significant performance for many of SHIFT’s clients. When not in the office, Alex can be found riding on the road or racing a local crit.

With more than six years in advertising, Poppy has experience in copywriting, ad operations, digital media planning and account management. She’s worked at large publishers and within the Omnicom Group at OMD NZ and PHD London. As SHIFT’s Senior Media Manager she works across many accounts including Zwift, SRAM, ZIPP, Look and Allied. Poppy may be more experienced in surf and snow but is set to learn fast about the world of cycling.

A digital native with experience in multi-channel marketing, Jacob has a proven track record of managing campaigns for over 40 brands, including Samsung, Coca-Cola, PlayStation, and Nivea. He covers brand building, performance media, and personal branding, having previously worked with Polish national representatives. Away from the office he’s a leisure cyclist, a Sunday league footballer, and shoots basketball.

Outside of work, Ash is an avid runner, with ambitions to complete a triathlon.

A roadie and mountain biker, with a degree in Law and a year’s experience in a bespoke branded content agency, he brings a unique industry perspective to the Media Planning & Buying team. Hailing from the Surrey Hills, Peaslake and Boxhill are amongst his cycling locations of choice!
